There are 3 different meal plans that include calorie levels ranging from 1200-2100. 

 If you are thinking..."Okay well how do I know which calorie range I should choose!?" Don't worry we got you. We have a calorie goal calculator for women and men. It's very easy for you to follow step by step so you can figure out which meal plan is right for your body to get the best results possible.

Just scroll down below and fill out your information. If you are trying to lose weight I would suggest choosing either "Lightly Active" or "Moderately Active".

 Why have 3 different meal plans? 

Everyones body works differently, some of us have faster metabolisms and some have slower. Everyones specefic daily calorie intake should be ultimately based off of your gender, weight, height and whether your goal is to lose weight , maintain or gain weight (muscle). This is how you will achieve your health goals. 

You cannot expect  to eat any type of calories each day and still lose weight. It is imporant that you know how many calories you are intaking each day.
